Job Description
About the Role:
• Meet and exceed sales, gross profit, and unit goals in the assigned territory
• Maintain customer accounts through regular on-site consultative visits and provide advanced technical support
• Develop business plans, market analysis, and sales strategies to drive territory performance
• Foster strategic relationships with new and existing customers, including key decision makers
• Conduct product demonstrations, seminars, and other technical presentations to educate customers
• Manage and maintain accurate information in customer database systems
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field required
• 8-10 years of experience in life sciences sales, with in-depth knowledge of chromatography and consumables sales
• Proven ability to analyze complex problems, facilitate dialogue, and communicate effectively
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of sales principles and methods
