Position Title: Lift Maintenance Technician

Reports To: Service Supervisor / Maintenance Head
Job Description:
Shree Jee Elevators is seeking a reliable and skilled Lift Maintenance Technician to join our after-sales service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out scheduled maintenance, attending breakdowns, and ensuring the smooth and safe functioning of hydraulic and gearless elevators installed at client sites across India.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on elevators as per schedule (monthly, bi-monthly, or as required).
• Attend to breakdowns and emergency calls, diagnose faults, and carry out repairs promptly.
• Inspect key components such as motors, controllers, guide rails, doors, and safety systems.
• Maintain service records, job reports, and checklists as per company protocols.
• Communicate clearly with the service team and update the supervisor after each visit.
• Report any wear-and-tear or part replacement needs to the concerned team for timely procurement.
• Follow safety protocols during maintenance and repair activities.
• Support in lift handovers, testing, and client demonstrations when required.
Requirements:
• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in elevator servicing and maintenance.
• Sound knowledge of hydraulic, traction, and gearless lift systems.
• Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and service manuals.
• Willingness to travel to multiple sites and work in flexible hours (including emergency breakdowns).
• Strong sense of safety, reliability, and customer service.
Preferred:
• Prior experience with Shree Jee Elevators or similar reputed lift companies.
• Knowledge of AMC procedures and reporting.
• Basic understanding of mobile apps or Excel for reporting (training can be provided).
Salary: Based on experience and qualifications
