Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Light Equipment Mechanic to join our team at the City of New Orleans. As a Light Equipment Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on light automotive and special purpose equipment at the airport.
Key Responsibilities:
Performing routine maintenance and repairs on light automotive and special purpose equipment
Ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition and meets safety standards
Maintaining accurate records of work performed and equipment serviced
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Eighteen months of full-time journeyman level experience in the maintenance and repair of general and/or special purpose equipment
Valid driver's license required
