Join our team at Moon Light Lighting as a Wedding/event Installation Technician and be part of creating magical displays for Brides and corporations. As a key member of our installation crew, you will play a crucial role in bringing the excitement to the Bride and Groom on their special day!
Requirements:
Utilize supervisory experience to lead a team in the installation and maintenance of wedding and event lights.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills by overseeing crew members and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and upsell additional lighting services.
Utilize relevant skills such as using an ohmmeter to troubleshoot and maintain lighting equipment.
Ensure all installations meet company standards and are executed with precision and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Experience working in a service-based business
Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for engagement and upselling
Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
Physical ability to work outdoors and participate in installations climb up and down ladders and carry up to 100 lbs
Must be 18
Must be ok with heights, cold/hot weather & long hours
Clean driving record
Must have own cell phone
Pre and post background and drug test may be require
Must be available to work odd hours such as 3AM start times
Must be ok with long days, up to 18 hours at a time.
Our technician training pay starts at $15/hour
