Must be able to obtain and maintain a Tribal Gaming License
Minimum 1-year experience in similar position
Valid CDL B with P endorsement required
Must be able to work flexible hours
Knowledgeable on navigation systems
Working knowledge PC skills including MS Word and Excel
Maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude while dealing effectively with guests, management, team members, and outside contacts while working under pressure and meeting deadlines
Must be able to frequently move freely about the property, maintain manual dexterity to operate job related equipment, such as telephones, copiers, etc., withstand various activities such as frequent walking, sitting for long periods and withstand prolonged standing, stretching, bending and kneeling without restriction
Be able to work indoors and be exposed to various environmental contaminants including smoke
Ability to lift or carry a minimum of 20 pounds unassisted in the performance of specific tasks assigned
Must be able to work with others, communicate well, receive direction, and provide feedback when needed to achieve department goals and objectives
Must maintain a positive attitude toward work and interface with guests in a congenial and polite manner
Must be able to address stressful situations with clients with dignity and the utmost tact and politeness

Responsibilities
The Limo Driver is responsible for driving guests to their destination of choice in a safe and timely manner
Drivers will also assist with baggage, as needed, taking the utmost care of guests’ personal items
They will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid licenses and endorsements
All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Tribal Gaming Agency policies, practices, and procedures
Adhere to the Miccosukee Service Expectations and ensure team compliance
Maintains an impeccable appearance and understanding the importance of being the first impression of the resort
Maintains vehicles cleanliness and reports necessary maintenance on a timely manner
Provides Bellman services for groups and/or individuals arriving or departing the resort
Uses established methods for obtaining gasoline and service for vehicles
Uses proper requisition forms when guest supplies are needed
Follows all laws and regulations in regards to operating a motor vehicle
Properly greets and interacts with guests so that a relationship may be established, encouraging repeat guests and business
Participates in ongoing trainings and corrective trainings when necessary
Aware of arrival and departure patterns on a daily basis
Ensures Transportation Manager is kept informed of all developments and guests feedback
Meets uniform, timekeeping, and service requirements
Maintains valid licenses and endorsements
Ensures all guest requests or complaints are dealt with correctly and in a timely manner
Complete understanding of details involved for White, Black, and Red card members
Members are expected to conduct and carry themselves in a professional manner at all times and to observe the Company’s standards, work requirements and rules of conduct
Consistent and regular attendance is an essential function of this job
Performs other related duties as assigned
The Casino & Resort will function seven days a week, 24 hours a day
While performing the duties of this job, the team member will be regularly required to walk, stand and sit
The associate will occasionally be required to climb and use balance
