Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a LIMS Developer located in Bengaluru, with the ability to work remotely. The LIMS Developer will be responsible for the development and maintenance of Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) software. The developer will design, develop, document, debug, and test LIMS software applications to meet the needs of clients and users. The role involves working with a team of scientists, lab technicians, and software developers to support the needs of laboratories.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience with LIMS software development and administration, including writing custom web services, developing custom modules, and integrating with third-party software
• Support LabWare LIMS
• configure and customize LabWare LIMS
• integrate instruments with LabWare LIMS
• Experience with SQL Server, JIRA, Git, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, and to handle multiple projects concurrently
• Experience in the life sciences industry is a plus
