Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Line Chef at The Rajbari Bawali Official in Kolkata. The Line Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items as per the menu and recipes, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring food quality and presentation standards, and collaborating with the culinary team to create exceptional dining experiences for guests.

Qualifications
• Culinary Arts, Cooking, and Food Preparation skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Menu planning and recipe development experience
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• Culinary degree or certification is desirable
