We are a family-owned Mexican restaurant on Randolph Row, serving authentic recipes and supporting local agave distillers from Mexico since 2017. Our menu is meticulously crafted, with a focus on experimentation, refinement, and exploration of Mexico's regions, techniques, ingredients, and traditions.
We are seeking an experienced Line Cook who shares our passion for exceptional food and service. As one of Chicago's favorite Mexican restaurants, you will be part of a team that values creativity, communication, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Motivated and innovative cook with excellent time management skills
Experience in a kitchen line, with a strong focus on presentation and food styling
Ability to work under pressure, maintain a polished posture, and provide exceptional service standards
Passion for learning about Mexican cuisine, with a desire to share knowledge with the team
Requirements:
Bilingual, with Spanish as a required language
Valid ServSafe food handler certification and allergens training
Willingness to maintain a clean, safe, and healthy work environment
Ability to coordinate multiple activities, work independently, and adapt to changing demands
