SUSHI-SAN, a renowned River North dining establishment, seeks highly skilled line cooks to join its fast-paced team environment. We're committed to delivering exceptional Japanese cuisine and service within a relaxed atmosphere.
As a line cook, you'll be responsible for preparing, producing, and presenting menu items according to prescribed recipes and special requests. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining food safety and quality standards, accurately accounting for all items coming out of the station, and understanding and following the food allergy procedure and special orders/restrictions.
