Line Cook at St. Louis Bar & Grill
Location: +04+ Commercial Street Unit 6-7A New Minas
In this exciting role, you will execute on our St. Louis Extraordinary Hospitality to create the ultimate guest experience by preparing all orders correctly, efficiently, and timely.

Since opening our first location in 1++2, St. Louis Bar and Grill has been dedicated to creating Devilishly Good times for Canadians. Our journey began with a simple mission: to serve up exceptional wings with the service excellence that Canadians deserve. Fast forward to today, with 80 locations across the country, we"ve kept our commitment of creating a Devilishly Good atmosphere with our famous wings, ribs and Garlic Dill sauce and are on a mission to create a world where everyone is a regular!
What You"ll Do:
As a Line Cook at St. Louis Bar and Grill, you will play a key role in contributing to each guest"s extraordinary experience. You will set up stations for menu, and prepare all orders correctly, efficiently, and timely, and ensure that they are served at appropriate temperature.
You Bring:
The ability to follow recipes and presentation specifications.
Extensive cooking methods/procedures and knife handling skills.
Accuracy, speed, and attention to detail to all tasks and duties.
A calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
Organizational skills and the ability to self-motivate.
The ability to stand, bend, stretch, and lift and carry heavy material.
In This Role, You Will:
Ensure product quality and freshness of ingredients.
Ensure a well-stocked workstation and meet prep times to ensure a smooth working shift.
Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area, including kitchen equipment, tables, and shelves.
Comply with applicable sanitary, health, and personal hygiene standards.
Perform additional tasks as assigned.
