At Talkin' Tacos, the kitchen is where the magic happens. Our Line Cooks are the backbone of the operation-bringing bold flavors to life with speed, consistency, and pride. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and essential to delivering the crave-worthy flavors our guests love.
We're growing fast, and looking for outgoing, people-loving team members to bring the Talkin' Tacos energy to the kitchen.
As a Line Cook, you'll prepare and cook menu items, while maintaining high standards for quality, cleanliness, and food safety.
You'll work side-by-side with a tight, high-energy kitchen team to keep service moving smoothly, even during the rush. If you care about your craft, move with purpose, and thrive in a team-driven environment, you'll fit right in.

Prepare and cook menu items according to Talkin' Tacos recipes, portions, and quality standards
Execute food with speed, consistency, and attention to detail during high-volume service
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station throughout the shift
Communicate clearly with kitchen teammates to keep service flowing
Assist with prep, inventory rotation, and proper food storage to reduce waste and protect freshness
Support new menu rollouts, features, and specials as needed
Step up to help teammates and keep the kitchen running strong during busy periods
Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-driven kitchen culture
