Position Overview:
As a line cook/Fry Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver outstanding dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients and assist in food production following recipes and restaurant guidelines.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate orders and ensure timely service, while maintaining a focus on quality and attention to detail.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene protocols, upholding the highest standards of health regulations.
Requirements:
A minimum of two years' experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is required, with a preference for Mediterranean cuisine.
Knowledge of food safety guidelines and protocols is essential.
