Tillie's Restaurant, 308 36th Street, Mc Keesport, Pa, is looking for line cooks full or part time to join our 39 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.
Pay Rate dependent upon experience and qualifications. We start at 14.00 to 17.00 depending upon experience.

Responsibilities
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Food Preparation which to includes chopping vegetables, preparing sauces and other food preparations.
• Asssist in Production of pasta noodles, lasagna, ravioli and gnocchi and pizza dough
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
• Learning all stations of the kitchen (Oven, Fryer, Sandwich and Saute)
• Clean up work stations and store and care leftover food.
• Stock kitchen food preparation inventory
Qualifications
• Restaurant Cooking experience or Back of the House experience is required.
• Able to meet all scheduling commitments
• Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and privide teamwork to meet those needs.
• Maintaing Consistency and quality as well as presentation are what we demand from this position.
