Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Line Cook at Hilton Garden Inn in Covington, LA. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items in accordance with Hilton standards, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, assisting with inventory management, and ensuring food safety and quality.

Qualifications
• Culinary skills including food preparation and cooking
• Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and food safety regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Experience in a similar role or culinary training is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
