Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
Cleans and maintains work area, kitchen, pots, pans, utensils, implements, equipment and all storage areas
Organize buffets and banquets
Manage kitchen operations
Qualifications:
Food Safety Certificate is required
