Oddfish is a seafood-based restaurant where locals come to share in what we love to do — connecting through our love of food and drink. By working closely with our suppliers who deliver their best and freshest seafood & vegetables, each day’s menu is different from the day before. Responsibilities:
Prepare your station for service (mis en place, stock checks).
Cook and plate dishes efficiently and consistently in a high-energy, detail-oriented kitchen.
Always manage high kitchen standards.
Requirements:
A passion for seafood and creating memorable dishes.
2+ years of cooking experience in a professional kitchen.
Strong understanding of cooking temperatures and food safety regulations.
Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent time management and organizational skills during peak service.
FoodSafe Level I Certificate.
A culinary degree, diploma, or equivalent training and experience.
