Job description

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Requisition food and kitchen supplies. Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods. Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances. Inspect kitchens and food service areas. Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food. Order supplies and equipment. Supervise kitchen staff and helpers. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment. Clean kitchen and work areas. Manage kitchen operations. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year. Support for newcomers and refugees: Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example: Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.) . Support for youths: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth. Supports for visible minorities: Provides diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.
