Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, and delivering exceptional food service in a fast-paced environment. Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station throughout shifts
Serve dishes promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
Follow food safety guidelines diligently to prevent contamination or spoilage
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours
Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant, food service, or kitchen environment is highly desirable
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
Experience with meal preparation in a fast-paced setting preferred
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation are essential

Pay: $17.50-$21.00 per hour
