North Mountain Medical and Rehabilitation Center in Phoenix, Arizona looking to hire a full-time Cook. If you would like to work in a fun and fast paced rehab environment, come in and ask for an application. Shift Time: Day/ PM Full time and Weekend Availability required
Our Cooks at North Mountain serve over 150 patients and work with a team of dietary aides, dietetic technicians, and nutritionists to ensure patients are well taken care of and dietary needs are met.

Experience:
- Experience is preferred
Specific Requirements:
- Must be able to handle all the physically demanding aspects of being a cook/prep.
- Must provide great customer service to patients and employees!
- Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents.
• MUST BE ABLE TO OBTAIN A LEVEL ONE FINGERPRINT CLEARANCE CARD UPON FORMAL HIRE. FEES RANGE FROM $60-$75. APPLY ONLINE WITH AZDPS TO AVOID PROCESSING DELAYS
