Project Role :Cloud Services Engineer
Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

Key Responsibilities : 1 Resource will be responsible for working on Azure platforms, the day-to-day operational support for Linux-based hosts, their services, monitoring, troubleshooting and resolving problems, to improve the platform 2 Provide operational leadership 3 Provide team leadership in managing work streams, on call rotations, and an escalation point for technical and operational concerns 4 Provide technical support maintenance of production and development systems and administration of environments
Technical Experience : 1 Good Knowledge and hands on experience with DevOps technologies, Handling Linux Files permission File systems management, Account Management, Performance Monitoring, Backup by Linux native tools and Logical Volume Management 2 Good Knowledge of troubleshooting skills in a support environment, log files monitoring, analysis, and health check 3 Should have 50 months of Linux Server Admin Experience Experience must have been gained in a production environment
