Work Experience: 3+ Years of work experience in Server Admin or similar role in an IT company
Technical Skills:
● Hands-on experience with MySQL/MongoDB and its replication & sharding features.
● Hands-on experience in Linux security (for example, Kernel hardening, Linux permissions, capabilities, selinux).
● Good understanding of Server Health and Security Vulnerabilities (DDOS, Brute Force, SQL Injections, Cross-Site Scripting).
● Performing Zabbix and Site24x7 Monitoring components installation and configuration.
● Familiarity with Network internals, Linux Firewall, kernel modules (OpenSSH, UFW, NFS, DNS, DHCP)
● Responsible for managing our backup infrastructure using Scripts & Bacula Backup Solution.
● Experience in writing shell scripts

● Maintain best practices on managing systems and services across all environments.
● Fault finding analysis and of logging information for reporting of performance exceptions
● Proactively monitoring system performance and capacity planning.
● Manage, coordinate, and implement software upgrades, patches, hot fixes on servers.
● Create and modify scripts or applications to perform tasks
● Provide input on ways to improve the stability, security, efficiency, and scalability of the environment
● Collaborate with other teams and team members to develop automation strategies and deployment processes
● Should be flexible to work in shifts and support the environment 24x7
