Be part of a global business tasked to support client's transform their cash management practices using leading edge virtual solution capabilities.
In this role, you will be responsible of product ownership for delivery of product and platform capabilities to enable growth platform rationalization, you will oversee the growth and progress of the strategic GLASS technology programs globally through management of technology deliveries. You will also partner closely with product management colleagues and peers to analyze client needs and identify competitive, industry and market trends.
Job responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day priorities in relation to the products by working closely with functional partners and by providing expert support to front, middle and back office
Support prioritization and tracking of product related initiatives to align cross functional resources against immediate opportunities and the multi-year product plan, support resource planning through creation and analysis of key product initiatives
Align closely with Payments business / product partners to ensure strong cross-utilization opportunities of system functionality
Support the client transition strategy for new products, including change readiness and client communications
Ensure strong end-to-end product management control framework is maintained and updated in line with changes in legal and regulatory environment
Execute 'Ready to Launch' plan for product functionality as and when built out on the new platform and ensure execution of post-implementation activities to monitor system performance
Manage product initiatives, ensuring new products and enhancements meet identified client needs within the applicable regulatory framework as well as profitability
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Strong analytical skills with very strong attention to detail. Intellectually curious about complex products and processes with an 'constant improvement' mindset and a commercial mindset and approach
Ability to develop strong relationships across functions and seniority levels in a large matrix organization; ability to effectively influence partners outside their reporting hierarchy
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including an ability to translate complex technical, operational, and regulatory information into coherent messages for both technology staff as well as for senior executives and client audiences
Proven track record of delivering complex programs and/or new products in a large financial services organization; Highly organized with strong execution bias
Deep comfort with working with Technology i.e., on providing technical requirements, testing and user feedback. Agile approach mentality.
Appreciation of, and ability to work with, technology delivery cycles and processes, and adherence to robust Risk & Control approaches
Ability to travel internationally occasionally (~2-3 times/year)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Relevant experience in Transactional Services and Cash Management. Expertise in Liquidity products strongly preferred
Working experience within Confluence and writing effective JIRA stories
Experience in managing juniors and/or a team; strong leadership and decision-making skills
Ability to fully understand market requirements and contribute to development strategy for the technology to support the products and client needs with innovative solutions
