Kennedys is looking to grow further their motor team. We are recruiting fee earners to handle recoveries matters. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high quality caseload with a variety of clients.
Team
Kennedys' Motor team handle pre and post litigation work from small claims progressing through to fast and multi-track claims. They act for a range of well-known motor insurers. The team is predominantly based across Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds and Sheffield.
Clients
• Insurers
• Claims handling companies
• Self-insured companies
Required Experience
• 0-2 years' with the relevant experience
• Litigation experience of claimant motor and motor recovery work
• Previous client contact
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Experience of negotiation
