Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Associate at SJR Primecorp. The Litigation Associate will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to litigation, including drafting motions, conducting research, preparing for depositions, and representing clients in court. The role will also involve working closely with legal teams and providing support for various legal matters.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of law and experience in litigation
• Kannada is mandatory
• RERA knowledge is mandatory
• Ability to draft motions and conduct legal research
• Experience in preparing for depositions and representing clients in court
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage workload
• Experience in real estate litigation is mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
