HouseEazy is a fast-growing proptech startup that aims to revolutionize the secondary real estate residential transactions by making them transparent, simple, and super-quick.
We are looking for an “Executive-Legal- Litigation” for
our funded Prop-Tech firm based in Noida , to manage legal affairs w.r.t. Real Estate property documentation, due diligence and verification, vetting and drafting of several real estate and business-related agreements, drafting of legal documents i.e., legal notices, legal emails, legal letters, active inter-team co-ordination within the organization, maintenance of required data and other miscellaneous tasks.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Case Management, Prepare for Trails, Record keeping
Real Estate property related documents due diligence
Vetting and drafting of different real estate agreements
Negotiation & discussion with clients on any legal aspect related to the Agreements
Drafting of legal documents i.e., legal notices, legal emails, legal letters
Inter-team coordination, maintenance of required data and other miscellaneous tasks.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
A bachelor’s degree in law with 0.5-1 years of PQE and internships with corporate legal department of any company or a law firm.
Proven experience in Legal Department, particularly in the real estate industry
Excellent drafting, communication with the ability to draft all sort of real estate agreements, and documents, must be aware of the legal process applicable in Real Estate Sector.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
