Litigation Associate Attorney

As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and exceptional Associate Attorney with at least two years of litigation experience to join our team and contribute meaningfully to our expanding commercial litigation practice.


Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in a wide range of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, memoranda, and other legal documents.
Provide legal advice to clients regarding commercial and business transactions.
Negotiate and resolve disputes effectively on behalf of clients.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, court procedures, and ethical standards.
Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients by delivering timely updates and strategic guidance.
Collaborate with partners and team members while exercising sound judgment and initiative.
Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team culture, demonstrating leadership and professionalism.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the New York State Bar in good standing.
Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial litigation.
Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Strong oral advocacy and negotiation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary & Benefits:

Competitive salary range of $110,000 – $125,000, based on experience.
Sponsorship for federal court admission.
Reimbursement for bar association dues, professional registrations, Continuing Legal Education (CLE) courses, and other position-related expenses.
Opportunity for remote work after three months of employment.
