Associate – Corporate/Commercial Litigation
Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer LLP's litigation group is seeking a highly motivated and outcome-focused litigation associate to join their team. The successful candidate will be called to the bar between 2017 and 2020 and is looking to join one of Calgary's most active litigation teams.

To continue providing first-rate service, we are looking for an Associate to join our team.
The ideal candidate will:
• Be licensed and in good standing to practice law in a Canadian jurisdiction;
• 4-7 years of related experience from a reputable national, regional, or boutique firm;
• Have demonstrated corporate/commercial litigation experience from a well-regarded law firm;
• Experienced in analyzing and conveying complex legal issues in a practical manner that is useful to more senior lawyers, and clients;
• Exceptional client service, interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and confidence to take initiative; and
• A demonstrated ability to be responsive, eager to learn, adaptable, and will enjoy working with our collaborative and collegial firm.
