This is a full time litigation associate role with flexibility for work from home, at Advocate Yash Chaturvedi, located in New Delhi. The Litigation Associate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, conducting legal research, attending hearings, and interfacing with clients.
Qualifications
• A law degree and bar admission in India (preference for Delhi Bar)
• 1-3 years of litigation experience, with a demonstrated ability to manage a caseload and handle litigation proceedings
• Excellent legal writing and research skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with Indian laws and legal procedures
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
• Experience in specialized areas of litigation such as Criminal laws, Commercial laws, white collar crimes etc
