Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IP Litigation Associate to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work on complex intellectual property litigation matters, including patent and trademark. Experience - Minimum 3 years of experience in IP Litigation Key Responsibilities: • Conduct legal research and analysis on complex IP issues. • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents. • Participate in all phases of litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial activities. • Prepare and manage discovery, including taking and defending depositions. • Develop and execute litigation strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys and clients. • Assist in managing client relationships and provide regular updates on case progress. • Stay current on developments in intellectual property law and advise clients accordingly.
