This prestigious boutique law firm in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join their Commercial Litigation & Insolvency team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven lawyer to manage a diverse portfolio of high-profile, blue-chip clients and help shape the future of the firm as part of its strategic growth.

The Role

This role has been created due to the increasing workload in Commercial Litigation & Insolvency. You will take the lead on key cases while assisting with the supervision and mentoring of a junior lawyer. With a prestigious client base and opportunities to work in partnership disputes, insolvency, debt recovery, and more, this is a fantastic chance to work on high-end, challenging matters.

Key Responsibilities

Handling insolvency and bankruptcy cases
Overseeing employment law disputes
Advising on partnership and shareholder disputes
Engaging in general commercial litigation matters
Option to work on disputed wills & estates
