The Role
This role has been created due to the increasing workload in Commercial Litigation & Insolvency. You will take the lead on key cases while assisting with the supervision and mentoring of a junior lawyer. With a prestigious client base and opportunities to work in partnership disputes, insolvency, debt recovery, and more, this is a fantastic chance to work on high-end, challenging matters.
Key Responsibilities
Handling insolvency and bankruptcy cases
Overseeing employment law disputes
Advising on partnership and shareholder disputes
Engaging in general commercial litigation matters
Option to work on disputed wills & estates
What You’ll Bring:
Strong experience in commercial litigation and insolvency law
Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of high-profile legal matters
Desire to work in a collaborative, supportive team environment
Mentorship experience or interest in guiding junior lawyers
