Job Details
Qualifications
• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation, specifically in school law, or trial advocacy, or ****** abuse, or appellate, or plaintiffs, and civil litigation cases.
• Admission to the state bar.
• Proven track record of successfully representing clients in complex litigation cases.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong advocacy skills, both written and oral.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients from various backgrounds.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations and tight deadlines.
• Sound judgment and the ability to analyze complex legal situations and problems.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Commitment to continuing legal education and professional development.
