A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Defense Attorney, specifically within the realm of personal injury
Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar
Proven experience in personal injury litigation, insurance negotiations, and plaintiff depositions
Demonstrated expertise in mediation and courtroom defense
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and team members
