Handle and manage Motor TP claims for designated states.

Drive effective and timely TP claim settlement through Courts and Lok Adalats.

Coordinate with external counsels and brief them to ensure the company's legal defence is effectively presented.

Review and assess the performance of panel advocates regularly.

Conduct periodic review of claims to monitor progress, timelines, and case quality.

Develop and implement litigation strategies for each region to support timely and cost-effective resolutions.

Review high-value TP claims for adequacy of reserves and ensure a robust legal defence.

In-depth understanding of court procedures, local legal practices, and Motor TP claim regulations.

Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to litigation strategy.

Familiarity with MS Office and claims management systems.

Proficiency in local language(s), Hindi, and English.

Passion for performance-driven results and achieving objectives.
