Position: Litigation Lawyer
Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years (Litigation Only)
Location: Nerul, Navi Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹20,000 per month
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer with strong courtroom exposure and in-depth legal acumen. The ideal candidate should have a proven background in handling diverse legal matters and the ability to represent the firm across various jurisdictions. This position involves frequent travel for court appearances and client meetings; therefore, male candidates are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all litigation-related matters including civil, criminal, and corporate cases.
Draft legal documents such as petitions, affidavits, replies, agreements, and written statements.
Represent the company and clients before various courts, tribunals, and authorities.
Conduct detailed legal research, case law analysis, and prepare arguments for hearings.
Liaise with external counsels, clients, and government departments as required.
Maintain proper documentation and case records.
Provide legal opinions and assist in strategic decision-making on ongoing cases.
Travel across different cities/courts as required for hearings and client meetings.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution.
Must be enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
Minimum 5 years of professional legal experience in active casework.
Strong knowledge of procedural laws and court processes.
Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills.
Ability to manage time and multiple cases efficiently.
Must be willing to travel frequently for case-related work.
Must have their own laptop for work and case documentation.
Compensation & Working Hours:
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
