Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a strong background in litigation, with specific experience in trial preparation
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Litigation Legal Secretary
Proficient in trial preparation and familiar with all stages of the litigation process
Excellent knowledge of legal terminology, regulations, and court system
Strong proficiency in MS Office, with exceptional knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Exceptional ability to work in a team and independently
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Responsibilities
Drafting, editing, and proofreading legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests
Managing attorney calendars, scheduling meetings, court appearances, and depositions
Coordinating with clients, court personnel, and other legal professionals
Organizing and maintaining case files and trial notebooks
Assisting with trial preparation, including compiling and organizing exhibits, witness materials, and trial binders
Conducting legal research and assisting with the preparation of legal arguments, applications, declarations, and motions
Ensuring all court deadlines are met and all documentation is correctly filed
Preparing and processing legal documents and papers, such as summonses, subpoenas, complaints, appeals, motions, and pretrial agreements
Assisting attorneys in preparing for trials and court proceedings

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Legal Secretary to join our growing team in multiple offices! This role is integral to our legal operations and requires a professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in litigation, with specific experience in trial preparation. This is a dynamic role that offers the opportunity to work on complex and challenging cases, providing comprehensive support to our team of attorneys.

Responsibilities
• Drafting, editing, and proofreading legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
• Managing attorney calendars, scheduling meetings, court appearances, and depositions.
• Coordinating with clients, court personnel, and other legal professionals.
• Organizing and maintaining case files and trial notebooks.
