We are currently recruiting for an experienced and talented individual to join our Clinical Support team, which is part of our award-winning Clinical Negligence team, as a Litigation Nurse.


The role of the Litigation Nurse is to assist the legal teams with record reviews and drafting allegations of Breach of Duty and resultant avoidable injury. Additional duties would also include analysing expert records, providing commentary and analysis of the impact of likely breach of duty and any avoidable injury over & above the patients pre-existing health conditions.


As part of the position it is key to review the merits of new enquiries and speak to our clients concerning their enquiry and subsequent investigation of their case.


There is also the opportunity to attend meetings with our charity partners and work in conjunction with our business development team, in order to raise awareness of our services and also to increase your profile within the Clinical Negligence market.


Whilst full legal training will be offered (where required), it would be expected that as part of the role to provide training and expert advice to our legal teams.


We would encourage those with a qualification and experience in nursing (such as RGN) and NMC registration to apply.
