Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Paralegal at Bandas Law Firm, P.C. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for tasks such as legal document preparation, document review, legal research, drafting pleadings, and motions. The role will involve supporting attorneys in preparing and managing case files.

Qualifications

• Legal Document Preparation and Document Review skills

• Legal Research expertise

• Proficiency in drafting Pleadings and Motions

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Paralegal certification or relevant degree

• Experience working in a litigation practice is required; trial experience preferred
