Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
• Draft and analyze legal documents, including discovery, pleadings and correspondence.
• Subpoena, summarize and analyze medical, radiology and billing records, and compile information to prepare final medical summaries/expense summaries.
• Working knowledge of the Texas/Federal Rules of Civil Procedures and Texas Statutes.
• Excellent organizational and attention to detail are required.
