Our client, a well-established law firm with offices in the Brickell area, is seeking a Paralegal to join their growing practice. This position requires a candidate with strong litigation experience and expertise in managing personal injury cases. The firm offers a professional working environment, paid insurance, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage personal injury cases from inception through trial
• Assist attorneys with the preparation and filing of legal documents
• Conduct legal research and gather pertinent information
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Organize and maintain case files and records
• Prepare for and assist during trials

Qualifications:
• High School diploma required; higher education within the legal field is highly desired
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in personal injury litigation
• Excellent communication skills with professional presentation and demeanor
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
