Senior Partner – Dispute Resolution & Litigation | Mumbai
We are currently working with a reputed boutique law firm that is expanding its disputes practice and is looking to onboard a Senior Dispute Resolution & Litigation Partner for its Mumbai office.
Experience Required:
10–15 years PQE with a reputed law firm or established litigation chamber.
Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in courtroom advocacy, arbitrations, and regulatory litigation, with a proven ability to independently lead complex, high-stakes commercial disputes. This opportunity is suited for a seasoned legal professional who brings not only strong litigation credentials but also the vision and capability to contribute to practice growth and strategic leadership.
Key Expectations:
•Extensive experience in corporate and commercial litigation, arbitration, and regulatory disputes
•Demonstrated client leadership and relationship-management skills
•Proven practice-building mindset with the ability to drive revenue and visibility
•Strong team management and mentoring capabilities
Leadership Responsibilities:
•Lead, mentor, and guide teams of litigators and associates across matters
•Develop internal best practices, litigation templates, and knowledge repositories
•Collaborate cross-functionally with corporate, regulatory, tax, and M&A teams
•Foster a culture of accountability, discipline, and legal excellence within the practice
This is a strategic leadership role for a partner-level professional looking to play a meaningful role in shaping and scaling a growing disputes practice.
