Litigation role (commercial/banking/repossession work) – 6++ PQE – London

Our client law firm is an established, well-regarded London practice based in a fantastic central location.

The firm has a well-structured, successful Litigation group and is now looking, confidentially, for an experienced, capable Lawyer to work directly with one of the firm’s leading Partners. The excellent culture and low hours targets are both key attractions of this role.

The work will involve a broad range of disputes including general commercial litigation, insolvency, and general banking matters, including in relation to mortgage repossession claims. The team has an established client and referrer base including corporates, banks, directors, and insolvency practitioners. Applicants must have solid banking/repossession experience.

We are seeking a Lawyer with ideally between six and ten years’ PQE, although we will consider those outside of this level. This position will suit a Lawyer from a London or rated regional practice seeking high-end London work, but with a very reasonable hours culture (similar to mid-sized regional firms). You will also be joining a stable firm with an excellent track record in career progression.
