Litigation
• The incumbent should hold 8 to 10 years PQE in litigation, advisory services.
• Experience in conducting/assisting matters before Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) will be an advantage.
Job Description includes:
• Advising and assisting the management with respect to legal implications on key regulatory issues pertaining to capital market.
• Advising and strategize litigations, assessing litigation risks of possible business decisions, developing strategy with both inside and outside counsel and teams in response to litigation, legal notices and regulatory proceedings to ensure no adverse impact on corporate image and brand value for the Company or on its directors or officers.
• Preparing and settling pleadings, drafting notices and replies to legal notices etc
