Job Description
Latitude is looking for an attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience who is eager to work at a highly respected AmLaw 100 law firm with an office in Little Rock, Arkansas. The successful candidate should enjoy working as part of a dynamic team and have significant experience handling written discovery, motion work, depositions and court hearings. Experience handling premises liability, personal injury, real estate and/or employment matters is preferred. This can be a permanent or contract position that is 100% remote. However, the successful candidate must live in the Little Rock, Arkansas area. The successful candidate must also be licensed in Arkansas.
Minimum Qualifications of the Little Rock, Arkansas Based Litigation Attorney (100% Remote):
• 5+ years of litigation experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Capability and experience to work independently and as part of a team
• Licensed in Arkansas
• Excellent academic credentials
• Outstanding references
• Experience handling premises liability, personal injury, real estate and/or employment matters is preferred.
Minimum Qualifications of the Little Rock, Arkansas Based Litigation Attorney (100% Remote):
• Type of role: Permanent or Contract
• Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time
• Location: Little Rock, Arkansas area but position is completely remote
Compensation
The annualized compensation for this position ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 or more. Pay is based on numerous factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials and location. In addition to salary, Latitude Engaged Professionals are W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week, including a Qualified 401k plan. Benefits-eligible Latitude employees receive complimentary Group Life, LTD and AD&D and professional liability insurance. Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
