Policybazaar is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Live Chat Representative. This is a remote position based in Delhi, India, offering part-time hours for an Associate Level candidate with at least 2 years of experience. As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support while working from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and account issues
- Provide solutions to customer problems and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and training to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Independent and resourceful individual who can work effectively from a remote setting
- Strong strategic planning and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in computer and typing skills
- Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus
