Job description, work day and responsibilities
Sales Manager is a person who is responsible for nurturing leads, presentation ,site visit,
negotiation, closing, client referencing, getting revenue in timeline, channel partner development through field visit from direct clients through self reference and tele calling
This role includes:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
2. Oversee and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their success.
3. Set sales targets and monitor team performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
4 Field visit to sites, exhibitions for new clients, networking event and channel partner on daily basis to achieve targets
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the real estate market, including industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
7. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
8. Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop effective sales and promotional materials.
+. Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to senior management.
10. Stay up to date with industry developments and trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
11. Conduct regular sales meetings and training to motivate and educate the sales team.
Preferred Candidate:
Graduate or BMS in Marketing
Experience of 5 years in sales of villa and plots
Team handling experience, has strong network of channel partners to drive sale
CTC offered: 5,00,000 to 6,00,000
