Store Manager Required for Goa - Immediate Joiners / Interview Availability - Anytime
Exp: 1+yrs in Retail Industry; Preferably Footwear, Apparel, Fashion, Clothing, Food Industries
Min. 2+yrs as Store Manager, Asst. Store Manager, Floor Manager, Department Manager, Showroom Manager
Locations: South Goa - Margaon
Need people only from these locations, relocation candidates not acceptable at the moment.
Salary: Open, depending on the experience
Prefers Immediate Joinees
Key Skills;
Well aware of KPIs, Shrinkage Control, Inventory Management, Store Management, Vendor Management., Retail Domain
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude.
Responsibilities
Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance
Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
Oversee stock and store operations
Qualifications
Minimum Graduate
2+ years' store management experience
Customer centric with a positive attitude
