Your Role at Bookmyshow
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Live Entertainment Event Manager to join our team. As a key member of our events department, you will be responsible for creating profit and loss statements (PnLs) and strategy and planning for new event IPs in terms of timelines, partnerships, and communication.
• You will create marketing and sales material for all Bookmyshow Live IPs.
• You will communicate with internal creative teams to formulate event campaigns and timelines.
• You will outreach and close strategic partnerships (commercial and barter) that drive the event.
• You will research new IPs and potential artists in India.
• You will conceptualize media plan rollouts and timelines with internal marketing teams.
• You will be responsible for sponsorship support from pitch until on-ground execution.
• You will liaise with marketing, PR, content, design, sponsorship, alliances, product, business development teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and projects.
Your Checklist
• You should have a strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and execute.
• You should have experience in creating and managing event PnLs and ensuring profit margins are met.
• You should have high-level writing skills, communication, marketing, sponsorship, and sales experience, as well as digital media tools knowledge.
• You should be proficient in drafting proposals and creating presentations and have good working knowledge of Excel.
• You should have 6-+ years of experience in the live entertainment space.
