Job Summary
The Live Events Operations Manager oversees the planning, execution, and operational logistics of live events, ensuring seamless experiences for attendees, performers, and stakeholders. This role manages teams, vendors, and resources while maintaining budgets, timelines, and compliance with safety regulations.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute live events from concept through post-event evaluation
Manage event operations teams, vendors, and contractors
Develop and oversee event budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
Coordinate logistics including venues, equipment, staffing, and transportation
Collaborate with marketing, production, and client teams to deliver a high-quality experience
Monitor event performance, gather feedback, and implement process improvements
Troubleshoot operational issues during events to ensure seamless execution
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in live event operations, production, or project management
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities
Experience managing budgets, vendors, and operational logistics
Familiarity with event technology, staging, and safety protocols preferred

Pay: $105,000.00 per year
