Minimum of 1 year of experience in the events industry, with a focus on artist management and programming.
Strong artist background, with a deep understanding of various art forms, performances, and cultural trends.
Basic technical knowledge of event production, including lighting, sound, staging, and multimedia equipment.
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with artists, performers, technicians, and team members at all levels.
Strong problem-solving abilities, able to think quickly and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
Budget management experience, with a keen eye for cost optimization without compromising quality.
Responsibilities:
• Organize and host live music events.
• Collaborate with local artists and performers.
• Engage with guests for an unforgettable experience.
• Arranged and Maintained lighting, Sound Etc. Before Performance.
• Speak to guests for any upcoming requirements.
• Capture and share event highlights on social media.
• Build a relationship with guests.
