The Role
As a Live Seller & Content Creator, you'll be the face of Kolléct Inc. on WhatNot, eBay Live, and social media. You'll host live shows, build a loyal following, and create content that grows our brand in the TCG and collectibles community across various platforms. This role is built for someone who is already in the hobby; a collector, breaker, player, or creator who is ready to turn that passion into a career.
Key Responsibilities
Host live selling shows on WhatNot and eBay Live. Grow and engage our audience across streaming platforms and social media (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts). Create short-form content: pack openings, pulls, product highlights, market commentary, and behind-the-scenes clips. Advise on which products to feature, what's trending in the meta, and what the community is chasing. Manage show scheduling, buyer communication, and order fulfillment coordination with the Kolléct team. Represent Kolléct Inc. at local events, prereleases, and community meetups in Montreal and other cities in Canada and US.
Compensation
This is a commission based position, tied to live show revenue and channel growth. This can begin as a part-time or side-hustle arrangement, with a clear path to full-time as your shows scale.

We will not consider applicants who are not genuinely knowledgeable about and passionate about Pokémon, and the collectibles community. This is not a preference, it is a hard requirement.
Must-Have Qualifications
Deep knowledge of Pokémon TCG and/or One Piece; sets, sealed product, singles, card values, and grading (PSA, BGS, CGC). Comfortable and confident on camera, whether live or in short-form video. Strong communicator, able to entertain, inform, and sell simultaneously. Active in the TCG or collectibles community, online, at events, or both. Self-motivated and reliable, able to commit to a consistent streaming schedule. Must be based in Montreal, QC (no exceptions).
Nice to Have
Existing presence on WhatNot, eBay Live, TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram. Experience hosting live breaks, auctions, or selling events. Basic video editing or content production skills. Knowledge of other TCG lines (One Piece, Lorcana, Magic, etc.) or broader collectibles. Ability to host a proper streaming setup (camera, ring light, good microphone).
Pay: $500.00-$2,000.00 per month
